Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and patient-focused associate to join our well-established private practice.
This Position is ideal for a dentist who enjoys providing comprehensive general dentistry while practicing in a supportive, collaborative environment.
What you will do:
-Comprehensive exams and treatment planning
-Composite fillings
-Crowns and bridges
-Root Canal therapy if comfortable
-Simple extractions
-Routine restorative and preventive dentistry
What makes this position different:
Our practice owner has nearly 30 years of experience and performs the advanced procedures including implant surgery and other complex cases. This allows the associate to focus on high quality general dentistry without the expectation of performing advanced surgical procedures.
We offer:
-Established patient base with excellent new patient flow
-Modern fully digital office with CBCT and intraoral scanning
-Outstanding experienced support team
- Flexible schedule
- Competitive compensation with excellent earning potential (30 percent of collection with a base of $1000 per day, whichever is greater)
-Mentorship, if desired

Qualifications:
-DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Arizona dental license
-Excellent communication and clinical skills
-Compassionate dependable and team oriented
