The Dentist We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of general dentistry experience and is:
A strong communicator
Passionate about providing excellent patient care
Driven to learn and grow clinically
Excited to work alongside a close-knit group of doctors
Collaborative and team-oriented
Interested in modern technology and digital dentistry
Looking for a long-term professional home
Motivated to grow within the practice and potentially pursue partnership
Compensation & Partnership Opportunity
Full-time associate doctors have the potential to earn $250,000–$350,000+ annually, depending on production and clinical performance.
With 100+ new patients entering the practice each month, there is significant opportunity to develop a strong and growing patient base.
For the right candidate, there is also a path to partnership with substantially greater earning potential.
Partner-level income can reach the $400,000–$500,000+ range, depending on ownership, production, and practice performance.
