We are actively expanding and seeking a dynamic, efficient Orthodontist to jump in immediately at our Aldine location and expand existing clinical days at our Mission Bend location.

Compensation & Benefits Package
Our compensation model is structured to reward high productivity and excellent patient outcomes:
Base Rate: $1,200 - $1500/day for an 8-hour shift)
Case Start Bonus: $50 per orthodontic case start (At 20 starts/day, that’s an extra $1,000/day)
On-Time Debond Bonus: $150 per debond completed on schedule
Guaranteed Days: Minimum two 8-hour days per month guaranteed
Payout: Direct deposit on the 15th of each month via Gusto
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality orthodontic diagnosis, treatment planning, and care to pediatric and adult patients consistent with professional standards.
Maintain a efficient patient flow, targeting 20+ case starts on scheduled ortho days.
Lead and direct on-site clinical assistants to ensure smooth patient appointments and accurate chart documentation.
Manage patient treatment timelines to achieve successful, on-time debonds.
Qualifications & Requirements
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school with a specialty certificate in Orthodontics.
Active and unencumbered Texas Dental License.
Active Malpractice Insurance coverage.
Proven ability to manage high-volume patient days efficiently without sacrificing quality of care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage patients and families.
