Associate Orthodontist – Alliance Orthodontics
Atlanta Metro Area and surrounding area| Multi-Location | Growth-Focused Role
Alliance Orthodontics is a rapidly growing orthodontic group in Georgia, and we’re looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and driven Orthodontist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and wants to make a real impact across multiple practices.
This role will involve traveling throughout the Atlanta metro area, supporting and growing orthodontic services within established dental offices.
Hours
Part time schedule ~ 4-6 days a month

Position Overview
The Associate Orthodontist will be responsible for delivering high-quality orthodontic care while helping grow orthodontic production across our partner locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive orthodontic evaluations and diagnoses
Develop and present customized treatment plans
Provide orthodontic treatment including braces, clear aligners, and appliances
Work collaboratively with general dentists and office teams
Travel between multiple locations within the Atlanta metro area
Support growth initiatives and clinical efficiency
Maintain excellent clinical notes and patient communication
Deliver a high-energy, patient-focused experience
Qualifications
DDS or DMD
Certificate from an accredited orthodontic residency program
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Georgia
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
High energy, positive leadership presence
Comfortable working in a multi-site environment
Excellent communication and case presentation abilities
Growth-minded, motivated, and dependable
What We Offer
Competitive compensation structure with daily minimum to start and eventually grow into percentage based compensation. Compensation potential $120,000- $250,000/yr
