Job Summary
Dental Associate / Partner Opportunity – Busy Growing Practice
Busy and well-established dental practice with 6 operatories is looking for a motivated Dental Associate or future Partner to join our team. Currently, two dentist partners are working in the practice, and due to high patient volume, we are looking to expand.
We prefer a long-term partner-minded dentist, but we are also open to hiring an associate. Great opportunity for a dentist who wants to grow professionally in a busy and supportive environment.
Current dentists have over 20 years of experience and are happy to provide mentoring and support as needed.
Compensation:
35% of monthly personal collections.
We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and patient-focused dentist who values quality care and teamwork.
Pay: $180,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
