About the Opportunity
This role is ideal for a Pediatric Dentist who enjoys creating positive experiences for children and families while practicing comprehensive pediatric dentistry in a collaborative environment.

You'll have the autonomy to provide exceptional care while being supported by a team that values clinical excellence, patient relationships, and long-term success.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care for infants, children, and adolescents
Perform preventive, restorative, and therapeutic procedures
Educate parents and patients on oral health and preventive care
Utilize behavior guidance techniques to create comfortable dental experiences
Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Pediatric Dentistry residency preferred
Active New Mexico dental license or ability to obtain licensure
Strong clinical skills and commitment to quality patient care
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Schedule
Full-time equivalent schedule
Three 12-hour shifts per week
