About the Role
As a Pediatric Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care tailored to infants, children, and adolescents in a busy, well-established practice. You’ll work in a welcoming, child-centered environment designed to create positive dental experiences and build lifelong healthy habits.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and provide high-quality dental care for pediatric patients
Perform procedures including preventive care, restorations, pulpotomies, stainless steel crowns, and extractions
Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care
Manage patient behavior using appropriate pediatric techniques
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive and comfortable patient experience
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency program (preferred)
Active and unrestricted New Mexico dental license (or eligibility)
Strong ability to work with children and create a friendly, calming environment
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Schedule & Location
Office open Monday through Saturday – flexible scheduling available
Choose 3 twelve-hour shifts per week (full-time equivalent)
In-person role in New Mexico
Compensation
Competitive daily rate or percentage of production (based on experience)
$30,000 sign-on or relocation bonus
