Job Description
Kidz and Teen Dental + Orthodontics is a family-owned pediatric and orthodontic practice serving the DFW area, with locations in Carrollton and McKinney. We're growing and looking for a board-eligible or board-certified Pediatric Dentist to join our clinical team.
This isn't a corporate DSO chair-filling role. You'll work in a practice built by a practicing dentist, with modern systems, a full front-desk and billing infrastructure already in place, and a leadership team actively investing in growth — not just squeezing production.
What you'll do:
Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care: exams, preventive care, restorative treatment, pulp therapy, and behavior guidance for infants through teens
Work alongside our orthodontic team on integrated treatment planning for mixed dentition and early intervention cases
Manage sedation/anesthesia cases per Texas Administrative Code protocols (in-office sedation credentialing a plus)
Partner with clinical assistants and hygiene team to keep schedules efficient and patients comfortable
Communicate clearly with parents/guardians on diagnosis, treatment options, and home care
What we're looking for:
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
Completed CODA-accredited pediatric dental residency
Active or eligible for Texas dental license
Sedation/anesthesia permit (or eligible to obtain)
Comfortable working with young, anxious, or special-needs patients
Team player who communicates well with parents and staff — bedside manner matters as much as clinical skill here
What we offer:
Competitive compensation: $650-$750/day guarantee for your first 90 days, transitioning to 30% of collections — whichever is greater
Full clinical support — you focus on dentistry, we handle scheduling, billing, insurance, and admin
