Compensation: Highly competitive daily guarantee + production bonus (Add minimum salary)

Katy Kids Dentist is a well-established, doctor-led pediatric dental practice in Katy, Texas, seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our aviation-themed office. We provide exceptional care for infants, children, teens, and patients with special needs in a warm, positive, and fun environment designed just for kids.

Our practice features:
Child-oriented office with a unique “aviation” theme that helps kids feel excited about their visits
Sedation dentistry capabilities
Experienced, friendly team with low turnover
Strong emphasis on preventive care, behavior management, and building lifelong healthy smiles
Two experienced pediatric dentists: Dr. Kathy Ko (Board-Certified) and Dr. R.W. Hollenberg (Board-Certified, practicing in Katy since 1983)
What You’ll Do
Deliver high-quality pediatric dental care (preventive, restorative, crowns, basic oral surgery)
Provide compassionate care using nitrous oxide and sedation options when needed
Create positive dental experiences for children and build trust with parents
Work collaboratively in a supportive, team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry Residency (preferred)
Texas Dental License (active or eligibility to obtain)
Nitrous Oxide and Sedation permit (or willingness to obtain)
Board certification or board-eligible (a plus)
Energetic, patient, and excellent with kids and parents
