As Birch continues to grow, we are thoughtfully expanding pediatric services and seeking an Associate Pediatric Dentist who shares our commitment to clinical excellence, emotional intelligence, and exceptional patient care.

Position Overview
Birch Dental Studio is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our team for a dedicated pediatric day every Wednesday beginning in September 2026.

This opportunity is ideal for a pediatric dentist who values quality over volume and is excited by the opportunity to help thoughtfully shape pediatric services within a growing private practice.

We are looking for a clinician who combines strong pediatric clinical judgment with warmth, patience, and confidence—someone who genuinely enjoys building trust with children and families while delivering excellent care.

This is not a high-volume corporate environment. We value thoughtful dentistry, strong communication, and long-term patient relationships.

Clinical Scope
The role may include:
Comprehensive pediatric examinations and preventive care
Restorative pediatric dentistry
Emergency pediatric visits
Behavior guidance and developmentally appropriate patient care
Parent communication, treatment planning, and education
Clinical scope may evolve as pediatric services grow.

Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency
Board-eligible or board-certified in Pediatric Dentistry
Active New Jersey dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Warm, calm, emotionally intelligent demeanor with children and families
Commitment to ethical, high-quality, patient-centered care
Schedule
Dedicated pediatric clinic every Wednesday
Approximate hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start date: September 2026
Compensation
Competitive compensation structure, including daily guarantee and/or production-based compensation depending on experience and structure.
