Back Office Registered Dental Assistant / Orthodontic Assistant

We are a growing pediatric dental and orthodontic office with a small-office feel. Our team works closely together, supports one another, and creates a positive, encouraging environment for both patients and staff. Position: Back Office Registered Dental Assistant
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years dental assisting experience
Preferred: Orthodontic assisting experience
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist and orthodontist during all chairside procedures
Prepare operatories and ensure proper sterilization of instruments
Take digital x-rays, intraoral scans and photos
Assist with orthodontic procedures including bonding, debonding, wire changes, bracket repairs, and scanning
Coronal polishing
Review medical histories and update patient records accurately
Provide patient education on oral hygiene, orthodontic care, and post-procedure instructions
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked back office
Support front office or other team members when needed—teamwork is everything here!
