We are looking for an energetic and compassionate Bilingual CMA/Receptionist to join our team in Emporia, KS. This is full-time position. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive hourly wages to all full-time team members.

Reception and Appointment Scheduling
Recognize and register patients.
Verify and update current informational status.
Medical records, filing, posting.
Schedule appointments
Answer phone
Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team player.
Tactfulness.
Demonstrate willingness to adapt to change.
Pleasant phone manner and voice.
Must be dependable.
Able to prioritize workload while remaining flexible.
Confident positive manner and appearance.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Word processing, data entry, telephone and computer experience
Skills:
1. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
2. Skills in answering the telephone in a pleasant and helpful manner and using a multi-line phone system.
3. Demonstrate compassion and caring in dealing with others.
