Job Store Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative for an opportunity located in Centennial, CO.
This Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative that is fully onsite position supporting customers by phone, email, and in person. The ideal candidate for the Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Position Details
Location: Centennial, CO
Schedule: 4 days a week, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $27.00/hour
Responsibilities
Provide professional, friendly customer service via phone, email, and in person
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests
Actively listen to customer concerns and determine appropriate solutions
Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipments, invoices, claims, and other service matters
Create and maintain customer records and profiles
Process customer orders, changes, returns, and other requests accurately
Route product and service questions to the appropriate departments
Communicate customer concerns and service issues to internal teams
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
Manufacturing industry experience preferred
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse customers and team members
Friendly, patient, and customer-focused approach
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
