Seaforth Oral Surgery, specializing in maxillofacial surgery, seeks a qualified and dynamic Dental Assistant to join our team. In this specialized care environment, you will collaborate closely with maxillofacial surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
As a dental assistant, you will ensure smooth consultations and surgeries, provide high-quality patient care, and efficiently manage medical equipment and records.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and sterilize dental and medical instruments.
Assist surgeons during surgeries and consultations.
Welcome, advise, and reassure patients before and after treatments.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, completing notes, etc.
Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
Desired Profile:
Dental assistant qualification with or without experience.
Experience in a dental or surgical environment, preferably in maxillofacial surgery.
Knowledge of hygiene standards and sterile procedures.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and ability to multitask efficiently.
Attention to detail, organization, and discretion.
Proficiency in office software
