Bilingual Dental Front Desk Receptionist

We are a private, family-oriented dental office dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages. Our office operates with convenient hours, including half day Mondays and Saturdays. We currently seeking a welcoming, organized and motivated Front Office Team Member with stong experince in treatment planning and patient communication, also with clear opportunities for growth within our practice.

The ideal candidate must have experience in:
Proven experience presenting and discussing dental treatment plans with patients
Strong organizational skill and attention to detail
Bilingual skills (Spanish required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A postive, proffesional, and team oriented attitude
The ability to multitask efficiently in a fast paced environment
A resposible, ourgoing personality-Organized and neat
Key Responsibilties:
Present and explain treatment plans, ensuring patient understsanding and case acceptance
Submit pre-authorizations and verify PPO benefits
Coordinate patient care by scheduling and contacting continuing care and recall patients
Manage incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
Support overall front office operations with efficiency and professionalism
