Bilingual Dental Office Receptionist

East Lake Family Dental is looking for a warm, energetic, naturally friendly person to be the first face and voice of our practice.

Dental experience is not required. In fact, we are happy to train someone who has the right personality, work ethic, and customer-service mindset.

We are especially interested in candidates who have worked in a strong hospitality or customer-service environment such as Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, a hotel, restaurant, resort, upscale retail store, or another company known for excellent service and training.

Your Primary Responsibilities
Your main focus will be creating an exceptional first impression for our patients.

You will:
Answer incoming patient phone calls
Help patients schedule and reschedule appointments
Welcome and check in patients when they arrive
Provide a warm and professional front-desk experience
Make patient confirmation calls
Help keep the schedule organized
Communicate appointment information clearly to patients
Assist the front office team with basic administrative duties
Learn our dental software, terminology, and office systems through training

Fluent English AND Spanish are required for this position.

Because you will regularly communicate with patients in both languages, candidates must be able to:
Speak conversational English comfortably and naturally
Speak conversational Spanish comfortably and naturally
Understand patients speaking at a normal conversational pace
Explain basic scheduling and appointment information in either language
Bilingual proficiency will be evaluated during the interview process.

You do not need perfect grammar or a particular accent, but you must be able to confidently hold a professional conversation with a patient in both English and Spanish without needing someone else to translate for you.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
