BILINGUAL DENTAL RECEPTIONIST

Total Dental Family Care is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish), professional, energetic, and patient-focused Front Desk/Patient Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, motivated, detail-oriented, and able to provide an exceptional patient experience in a fast-paced dental office. Responsibilities ● Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude ● Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments ● Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility ● Handle patient check-in/check-out and payments ● Provide basic information about dental services and treatment costs ● Follow up with patients regarding appointments and pending treatment ● Maintain accurate patient information and documentation ● Work closely with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and management ● Help maintain an efficient schedule and support the growth of the practice ● Resolve patient concerns professionally and effectively Requirements ● Bilingual in English and Spanish – required ● Previous dental or medical front desk experience preferred ● Basic knowledge of dental terminology and insurance ● Excellent communication and customer service skills ● Professional appearance and positive attitude ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ● Energetic, motivated, and proactive ● Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills ● Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player ● Comfortable discussing treatment costs and payments with patients We are looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys helping people, and wants to be an important part of a growing dental practice
