About Heartland Health Center:
Heartland Health Center provides comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health care services to Grand Island and surrounding communities. As an integrated care clinic, our providers work collaboratively to serve all aspects of patients' health care needs and believe that that exceptional, compassionate care should be accessible and affordable for all.
Position Description:
The Receptionist will schedule and check patients in for appointments, collect payments for services, answer incoming phone calls, and enter in required demographic, insurance, and income information into the Patient's electronic chart. This position is key in the patients' experience in the clinic and requires a high degree of professionalism and customer service. This position will also assist a couple of days during the week with interpreting services.
Qualifications:
Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish
Previous experience in the Dental/Medical field preferred.
Computer literate in electronic mail, word processing, office management system software, and the Electronic Health Record System.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
2-3 years of previous customer service experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
