About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Dental Receptionist to join our front office team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming patient experience while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, helping with scheduling, check-ins, insurance verification, and general patient communication in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients in a warm, professional manner
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
Verify dental insurance and collect necessary patient information
Maintain accurate patient records and update charts as needed
Communicate clearly with patients in both English and Spanish
Support clinical and administrative teams as needed
Ensure front office organization and efficiency
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and scheduling system knowledge
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
