Job Description
Job Title: Bilingual Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant (Spanish & English)
Location: Overland Park, KS and Gladstone, MO
Pay: $18 to $23 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, [hours, e.g. 7:30am to 5pm]. No Fridays or weekends.

About the Role
This is a hybrid position covering both the front desk and chairside assisting. You'll split your time between our two offices. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys variety and likes working directly with people.
What You'll Do
Greet patients, check them in and out, and answer phones in English and Spanish
Schedule appointments and confirm upcoming visits
Verify insurance and collect payments
Assist the dentist chairside during procedures
Seat patients, take X-rays, and prepare and clean treatment rooms
Sterilize instruments and keep the office stocked
Help translate and explain treatment plans for Spanish-speaking patients
What We're Looking For
Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking required, reading and writing a plus)
Reliable transportation to travel between Overland Park and Gladstone
Warm, patient, and professional with a positive attitude
Dental front office or assisting experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person
Experience with Open Dental is a plus!
