Duties
Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff.
Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
Provide information regarding dental terminology and office procedures to patients as needed.
Support the dental coding process by verifying patient information and assisting with documentation.
Collaborate with professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Experience
Previous experience in a dental office setting is required.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is required.
