Bilingual Dental Scheduling & Treatment Coordinator

Artistic Family Dental in Hazel Crest is looking for a confident, organized, and patient-focused Scheduling & Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is more than a traditional front desk role. This position plays a key role in keeping our schedule productive, helping patients move forward with treatment, and supporting the overall success of the office.

What You’ll Do:
Maintain a productive, goal-oriented schedule
Confirm appointments and reduce open time
Present treatment plans and review financial options
Follow up on unscheduled treatment
Verify insurance benefits accurately
Support the team in achieving monthly production goals
What We’re Looking For:
Dental front office experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Confidence discussing treatment and payments
Positive, team-oriented mindset
Ability to take ownership of your role
Compensation & Growth:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Office-wide tier bonus when production goals are achieved
Additional monthly performance bonus ($300–$500) tied to reducing unscheduled treatment and helping the office reach production goals
