Bilingual Dental Treatment Coordinator

We are a busy, well-established multi-location dental practice seeking a strong, bilingual (Spanish/English) Treatment Coordinator to join our Chicago Heights office immediately.

This is a key role focused on patient communication, case presentation, scheduling, and helping patients move forward with treatment. If you are confident, organized, and enjoy working with patients while driving production, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing
Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
Explain procedures, insurance benefits, and payment options
Help patients say “yes” to needed dental treatment
Coordinate schedules to maximize doctor and chair time
Work closely with doctors and clinical team
Support front desk flow as needed in a team environment
What We’re Looking For
Fluent in Spanish & English (required)
Dental office experience required (treatment coordination strongly preferred)
Confident communicator with a warm, professional personality
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Comfortable discussing finances and closing cases
Reliable, motivated, and ready to step into an important role
