Bilingual (English/Spanish) Dental Assistant / Treatment Coordinator Hybrid

We are hiring a full time bilingual (English/Spanish) dental assistants with prior assisting experience (2 year minimum), and a contagiously confident attitude.

Assistants in our office present treatment plans to their patients so you need you be confident talking about money and care enough about a patient to take the time needed to help them feel confident and comfortable enough to say yes.

What we are looking for
Fluent Spanish and English
Dental assisting experience is required (2 years)
Someone who is comfortable chairside and can anticipate what the doctor needs
A true people person who helps patients feel at ease
Reliable, organized, and team oriented
Responsibilities
Chairside assisting during procedures
Presenting treatment plans
Communicating clearly with patients in both English and Spanish
Setting up and breaking down rooms
Sterilization and infection control
Helping create a welcoming, judgment free environment for patients
