Work Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist that is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for checking the patient's in, scheduling appointments, answering and routing calls. The Front Desk Receptionist must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients by greeting them with a friendly and professional demeanor, in person or on the telephone

Answer telephones, respond to emails and faxes in a timely manner

Scan documents

Collect copays

Ensure patients fill out all necessary forms

Schedule/reschedule/cancel appointments for staff

Assis in translating for patients and therapist when needed.

Benefits

Requirements

Must be bilingual in Spanish and English

High school diploma or general education degree(GED); or related work experience

Great customer service skills
