Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist – Pediatric Dental Office
Our pediatric dental office is looking for a warm, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) front desk receptionist to join our team! You'll be the first friendly face our young patients and their families see, so a welcoming attitude and great communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities:
Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments
Verify insurance and handle patient check-in/check-out
Manage patient records and office correspondence
Assist with billing and payment processing
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred (dental/medical a plus)-(Willing to train the right candidate)
Comfortable with scheduling software and basic computer skills
Friendly, patient, and great with kids and parents alike
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
