Advanced Dental & Oral Surgery | New Windsor, NY
Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Job Type: Full-Time
Weekend Availability Required (Saturdays are a must)

Advanced Dental & Oral Surgery is a growing, privately owned, multi-specialty dental practice committed to providing exceptional patient care in a warm, welcoming environment. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and compassionate Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to become the first smile our patients see and the friendly voice they hear.
The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, has previous dental front desk experience, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Dental office experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
Welcome patients with professionalism and a warm, friendly attitude
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to text messages
Schedule and confirm appointments
Check patients in and out
Collect patient payments
Verify insurance information and patient demographics
Present financial information and answer patient questions
Maintain accurate patient records
Keep the front office organized and running efficiently
Work closely with doctors and team members to provide an outstanding patient experience
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
Minimum of 2 years of front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience
Dental office experience is preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Saturday availability is required
Schedule
40-hour work week
Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Required)
