Sneed Medispa & Wellness is searching for an exceptional Bilingual (Spanish-English) Medical/Administrative Assistant to become the next face of our award-winning, physician-led practice in East Memphis.
As one of our valued team members begins an exciting new chapter in nursing school, we’re looking for someone equally passionate about delivering an outstanding patient experience and growing with our team.
What Makes You a Great Fit: Fluent in both Spanish and English (required) Professional, polished, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people Exceptional customer service and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with ease Comfortable with technology, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems Experience with patient scheduling, medical records, and administrative workflows Previous medical office or Medispa experience is strongly preferred
Position Details: Part-Time: 25–27 hours per week Competitive hourly pay: $17–$23/hour (based on experience) Sales incentive commission opportunities Start date: September 1 (or sooner for the right candidate)
