Job Description
Carson Medical Group is currently seeking OB/GYN Front Desk Patient Service Representatives in Carson City. Patient Service Representatives are responsible for welcoming patients to the practice upon arrival, providing excellent customer service while collecting estimated patient financial responsibility, and accurately recording patient information

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Provide exceptional service to all patients and visitors.
Collect estimated patient financial responsibility upon check-in.
Obtain and record accurate updated demographic information upon check-in and check-out.
Work with patients to answer questions and help fulfill their healthcare needs.
Maintain strict patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
