Job Description
Job Title: Bilingual Receptionist
Location: Bienstar Counseling Services – 8111 LBJ FWY, STE 100, Dallas TX, 75251
Schedule: Monday–Thursday and Saturday (1-hour lunch).
Starting June 2026, the schedule will be Monday–Thursday plus a rotating Friday/Saturday: one week you will be off Friday and work Saturday; the following week you will work Friday and be off Saturday (1-hour lunch).

Responsibilities
Answer and return patient phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
Assist patients with intake paperwork, including insurance, financial, and legal documentation.
Transfer calls to clinicians and other staff as appropriate.
Verify patient insurance eligibility and communicate updates to patients.
Provide support for patients with virtual appointments.
Assist with generating and maintaining reports as requested by leadership.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming, supportive environment for patients.
Follow up on patient medications as needed with local pharmacies
Requirements
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Punctual, reliable, and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for mental health and helping others.
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Preferred Qualities
Interest in professional growth with potential to advance into other roles
Prior experience in healthcare, customer service is a plus.
