Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive pediatric dental services, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and space maintainers.
Perform oral surgeries such as dental extractions and minor surgical procedures with local anesthesia and sedation.
Collaborate with dental assistants and staff to ensure efficient workflow using four-handed dentistry techniques.
Proven expertise in pediatric dentistry with board certification demonstrating advanced knowledge in the field.
Ability to communicate effectively with children and their families to foster trust and cooperation during treatment. Compensation & Benefits
We believe in rewarding our clinicians for their dedication and production. We offer a highly competitive, lucrative compensation structure designed to provide both stability and unlimited growth potential:
Daily Minimum Guarantee: $1,400 – $1,600 per day, offering strong baseline financial security.
Production Commission: 38% – 40% of collections (true percentage depends on experience and credentialing status), paid out whenever commission exceeds the daily guarantee.
Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: $10,000 sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.
