Front Desk Patient Coordinator – Dental Office
Location: Citrus Park, FL | Full-Time
Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience? We’re looking for a Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our growing dental team in the Citrus Park area.

What You’ll Do
Welcome patients and create a positive, professional first impression
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily patient schedule
Check patients in and out and maintain accurate patient information
Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with patient questions
Review treatment costs, collect payments, and maintain accurate account information
Help keep the schedule productive by confirming appointments and filling openings
Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and the clinical team
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience
What We’re Looking For
Previous dental front desk or dental office experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable discussing insurance, treatment costs, and payments with patients
Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy dental environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow professionally
