Front Desk Patient Coordinator – Dental
Bradenton, FL | Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and patient-focused Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our dental team in Bradenton, FL. The ideal candidate has previous dental office experience, strong customer service skills, and enjoys building relationships with patients while keeping a busy practice organized and running efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the patient schedule
Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with insurance questions
Coordinate patient care and communicate treatment and financial information
Collect payments and maintain accurate patient account information
Confirm appointments and follow up with patients as needed
Help maintain a productive schedule by filling openings and minimizing cancellations
Communicate effectively with the clinical and administrative teams
Provide an exceptional patient experience from check-in through check-out
What We’re Looking For
Previous dental office experience required
Experience working with VA preferred, but not required
Knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling, and front-office processes
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with patients
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow
