Front Desk Patient Coordinator – Dental
Crestview, FL | Full-Time
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our dental team in Crestview, FL. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships with patients, providing excellent customer service, and helping a busy dental office run smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the patient schedule
Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with insurance questions
Coordinate patient care and communicate treatment and financial information
Collect payments and maintain accurate patient account information
Confirm appointments and follow up with patients as needed
Help maintain a productive schedule by filling openings and minimizing cancellations
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
Provide exceptional customer service from check-in through check-out
What We’re Looking For
Previous dental front-office experience preferred
Knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling, and front-office processes
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with patients
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow
