Job Description
Professional Health Care of Pinellas is seeking a friendly and experienced Call Center Representative to join our busy team.
The primary duties of this position include scheduling and confirming patient appointments. Provide professional clerical support following established standards and practices. Schedules a high volume of appointments along with other administrative duties. Adheres to all federal, state and local laws and regulations related to healthcare and the Medical Practice including Safety, Infection Control, HIPAA and Compliance Program.
Must have High School Diploma with one year of Medical Office Receptionist or Scheduling experience. Prefer 2 plus years Medical Office Call Center experience. eClinicalWorks experience is a plus. Strong Communication skills, Service Excellence skills, Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Bilingual preferred.
