Call Center Representative
Total Orthopedics & Sports Medicine
Total Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is a leading provider of orthopedic care, dedicated to helping patients return to active, healthy lifestyles. We are seeking a professional and patient-focused Call Center Representative to serve as a key point of contact for our patients and support the delivery of exceptional care across our clinics.
This role is essential in ensuring a seamless patient experience through effective communication, accurate scheduling, and responsive service.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls with professionalism and empathy, providing accurate information about our services.
Schedule appointments and follow-up with patients to ensure their needs are met.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records through efficient data entry.
Assist patients with inquiries regarding medical terminology and procedures.
Coordinate communication between patients and medical staff to facilitate smooth operations.
Uphold phone etiquette standards while delivering excellent customer service.
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
Contribute to a positive patient experience aligned with our mission of exceptional orthopedic care.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
Proficiency in computer systems and data entry
Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills are a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous medical office experience is preferred.
