COMMITMENT TO EDUCATION Becoming a master clinician through Confluent Health is a bilateral commitment. We invest in your development through mentorship and professional education courses along your professional journey. We fund both your participation in the program and the certification examination. In turn, you commit to participate in a mentorship and training program to become eligible for board certification. These programs are done with the national leader in post-professional training, Evidence In Motion (EIM), also part of Confluent Health. All new employees are assigned a mentor for the first 6 months of employment and are assisted in creating a professional development plan within 30 days of hire.
