CDA (Frequent Switch between New West + Vancouver–West-Broadway)

We’re a busy specialist pediatric dental clinic led by Dr. Phoebe Tsang. Our pace can be fast and our standards are high because our patients are children—often anxious—and families rely on us.

This is a CDA role at its core (chairside assisting, operatory set-up/turnover, instruments/materials, infection control). In a small team, the right candidate may also cross-train into scheduling support, follow-ups, inventory, insurance/billing support, and front desk coverage as needed.

You’re not “just assisting.” In pediatric dentistry, children borrow our calm. We need a CDA who can think two steps ahead, read the room, and adapt in real time—while keeping the experience safe, steady, and positive for families.
