Certified Dental Assistant

Pathways Dental Care is looking for a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our team. We are a modern, fast-paced practice focused on delivering high-quality patient care and creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Full-time position
No weekends
Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Office Hours
Monday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Wednesday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
Responsibilities
Chairside assisting for a variety of procedures
Taking digital x-rays
Scanning with iTero scanner
Sterilization and infection control
Preparing and maintaining operatories
Assisting with patient care and comfort
Supporting clinical flow and efficiency
Maintaining accurate clinical records
Qualifications
Dental Assistant certification (required)
HARP certification
Previous dental assisting experience preferred
Experience with Dentrix and/or Oryx is considered an asset
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
