Certified Dental Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. Duties
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments in accordance with safety protocols
Assist the dentist during various procedures, including restorations, extractions, and orthodontic treatments
Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Ensure patient comfort and address any questions or concerns during visits
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and updating patient information
Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment in compliance with OSHA standards
Qualifications
Certified Dental Assistant credential required
Internationally trained assistant with HARP certification
Proficiency with dental software such as Dentrix is highly desirable
Experience with orthodontics, pediatrics, or general dentistry preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dental care
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Prior experience supporting dental procedures in a fast-paced environment is preferred
Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compassion in patient interactions
