Certified Dental Assistant

Dental Land Pediatrics is looking for a professional, experienced, and dependable Dental Assistant to join our pediatric dental team.

Our office is a high-quality, child-centered dental practice where excellent care, professionalism, and a positive patient experience are top priorities. We are seeking a team member who is clinically skilled, organized, reliable, and comfortable working with children and families in a warm and caring environment.

Responsibilities
Assist the doctor during pediatric dental procedures in an efficient and professional manner
Set up, break down, disinfect, and maintain treatment rooms according to office standards
Properly clean, sterilize, organize, and maintain dental instruments
Take high-quality dental radiographs
Help children feel comfortable, safe, and supported during their appointments
Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, parents, and team members
Chart accurately and document patient visits appropriately
Help keep the clinical schedule flowing smoothly throughout the day
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical area
Qualifications
Previous dental assisting experience required
Pediatric dental assisting experience strongly preferred
X-ray certification required or willingness/ability to obtain
Strong communication and people skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
Able to work well in a busy, fast-paced dental office
Professional appearance, attitude, and communication style

Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Saturday: Potentially 2–3 times per year for community events
