Join Our Team at Braintree Kids Dental
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and detail-oriented Certified Dental Assistant to join our growing pediatric dental team. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a positive, comfortable experience for children and families while supporting high-quality clinical care.

Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments in accordance with infection control and OSHA guidelines
Assist the dentist during a variety of pediatric dental procedures
Take and develop dental radiographs in compliance with state regulations
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic dental record systems
Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
Schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and assist with front desk duties as needed
Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked, organized, and ready for patient care
Provide a welcoming, positive experience for children and families
Collaborate with the dental team to support efficient daily operations
Qualifications
Current Dental Assistant certification and radiology certification (Massachusetts)
Previous experience in general dentistry; pediatric dental experience preferred
Strong understanding of dental terminology, infection control, and sterilization procedures
Proficiency with dental software and electronic health records
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to patient-centered care
Experience with coronal polishing and sealants is a plus
