Job Description
Certified Dental AssistantLooking for a dental team where you can do great work, keep growing, and genuinely enjoy the people you work with?
We’re looking for a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) who brings skill, energy, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to creating a great patient experience.
In this role, you’ll be an important part of both the clinical team and the patient journey. From helping patients feel comfortable and prepared for treatment to supporting our dentists and keeping the clinical day running smoothly, your contribution will make a difference every day.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team, takes pride in their work, and isn’t afraid to jump in where needed. If you’re organized, dependable, patient-focused, and looking for a practice where you can continue to learn and grow, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our clinical team, you will:
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and ready for patient care
Assist dentists with a variety of clinical procedures, including restorative, orthodontic, pediatric, and general dentistry
Take high-quality dental radiographs and support digital workflows as required
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records using dental practice management software
Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their appointments
Provide clear pre- and post-operative instructions and confidently answer patient questions within your scope
Educate patients about oral health, recommended treatment, and ongoing care
Support efficient patient flow and help keep the clinical schedule running smoothly
Collaborate with the entire dental team to create an exceptional patient experience
Assist with reception, scheduling, and other administrative responsibilities when additional team support is needed
What We’re Looking For
You are a Certified Dental Assistant and graduate of an accredited dental assisting program who takes pride in providing excellent patient care.
Ideally, you also bring:
Experience working in a busy dental practice
Confidence using dental practice management software such as Dentrix, Cleardent, PowerPractice, Tracker, or similar systems
Strong knowledge of infection prevention, sterilization, and clinical protocols
Experience with digital dentistry and dental technology
Orthodontic and/or pediatric experience, which would be considered an asset
Strong communication and organizational skills
The ability to anticipate what is needed and stay one step ahead
A calm, compassionate approach with patients
A willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to the success of the entire team
More Than Just a Dental Assisting Position
We believe a great CDA does much more than assist chairside. You are an important part of the patient's experience, the dentist's success, and the overall flow of the practice.
We want someone who is looking for more than simply their next job—someone who wants to contribute, continue developing their skills, build meaningful relationships with patients and teammates, and be part of a practice they can be proud of.
If that sounds like the kind of environment you’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and tell us a little about yourself in your resume and cover letter.
Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
Benefits:
Dental care
Extended health care
On-site parking
Work Location: In person
