Saturday Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) – Richmond

We are looking for an energetic, welcoming individual to join our Richmond team and help our Saturdays run like clockwork.

The Schedule
Location: Our modern Richmond office on Blundell Rd.
Hours: Alternating shifts between 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Long Weekends are Yours: We are closed on Saturdays during statutory holiday weekends so you can enjoy your time off!
Your Role on the Team
As a crucial part of our clinical team, you’ll keep our Saturdays moving smoothly by doing what you do best:
Create Comfort: Welcome pediatric patients and their parents, turning dental anxiety into a positive, comforting experience.
Educate & Inspire: Make oral hygiene and preventive care fun and accessible for kids and families.
Clinical Excellence: Perform prophylaxis, take/process x-rays, apply sealants/SDF, and provide top-tier chairside assistance during pediatric treatments (including sedation and general anesthesia cases).
Coordinate Care: Confidently review treatment plans and consent forms with parents, ensuring thorough clinical documentation in OpenDental.
Maintain the Flow: Manage sterilization and tray setups to keep our clinical space organized and efficient.
