Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)

*Job Overview*
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist dentists during examinations and treatment procedures, ensuring excellent patient care and efficient dental operations. We do offer competitive pay with bonus for production and same day treatment.

*Duties*

- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations

- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment

- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs

- Take dental X-rays

- Record patient medical histories and vital signs

- Prepare and present treatment plans

- Provide post-operative instructions prescribed by the dentist

- Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix Ascend

- Perform infection control procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment

- Utilize 3D scanners for digital impressions

- Assist with pediatric dentistry procedures

*Experience*

- Certification or diploma from an accredited dental assisting program

- Proficiency in taking vital signs and X-rays

- Knowledge of general dentistry procedures and terminology

- Familiarity with medical records management in a dental clinic setting

- Previous experience as a dental assistant is required

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
