Certified Dental Assistant/Dental Floater

Job Description
We are looking for a positive, motivated dental assistant to join our busy practice.

Duties include:
Preparing patients for dental work
Preparing rooms for dental procedures
Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures
Recording treatment information
Keeping patient records in order
Taking and exposing x-rays for dental diagnostics
Giving patients information on oral hygiene
Providing post-operative and post-treatment instructions to patients
Dental Assistant requirements
Act in accordance with laws and regulations
Working with dental software (Dentrix knowledge an asset)
Help the dental assistant throughout the day
Job requirements:
Certification in an accredited dental assistance program
High school diploma or equivalent
Team player
Able to work in fast paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
