The Role
We're looking for a Certified Dental Assistant to join our team as our Growth Guidance Coordinator. You'll be the steady, familiar face for every family from their very first visit — the person who makes them feel welcomed, informed, and genuinely cared for, long before any treatment conversation begins. Taking records, presenting diagnoses, and guiding families through their options all flow out of that relationship — not the other way around.

You'll be a full contributor to a high-performing, caring team that sets a high bar and actually loves coming to work together.

You bring:
Your CDA (Certified Dental Assistant) designation (required)
An orthodontic module isn't required — but we're looking for someone excited to complete one in the near future and grow with our practice
A positive attitude that's real, not performed
Strong communication skills — with patients, families, and your team
A natural relationship-builder who makes families feel known and cared for, not just scheduled

The ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving, high-care environment

What You'll Do
Build genuine rapport with new patients and families from their very first hello
Prepare for appointments and consultations in advance — gathering x-rays, records, and history so doctors walk in ready to diagnose
Present diagnoses and treatment options in a way that's warm, honest, and easy to understand — so families feel guided, not sold to
Support families through financial and insurance conversations with patience and clarity
Follow up with families in our Growth Guidance program
Keep treatment cards, consultation notes, and next-visit details accurate and current
Manage our specialist referral letters, and follow up with other dental professionals as needed

What We Offer
$31.00 – $36.00/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Mon, Tue & Thu: 8:00am–5:00pm · Wed: 11:00am–7:00pm · Fri: 7:00am–12:00pm
