Certified Dental Assistant Level 2 - 1 day a week to start (Thursdays)

Desert Rose Dental Clinic is currently seeking a highly responsible and enthusiastic individual to join our team as Dental Assistant (Level 2) 1 day a week with the potential for more. The right candidate will have experience assisting in a dental office setting, a willingness to learn and professional attitude. Our Dental Assistant will be responsible for assisting in various dental procedures including cleanings, fillings, and major restorative . The individual in this position must be familiar with dental terminology, possess strong communication skills and be willing to take direction from the dentist. Abel dent knowledge and Reception duties would be an asset but we are willing to train.

Responsibilities:
Perform a wide variety of patient care procedures under the direct supervision of a dentist.

Provide administrative support to the dentist and dental team.

Communicate with patients and colleagues in a professional manner.

Treat patients with care and empathy.

Follow infection control protocols.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour
