Job Description

Fort Erie Dental Group is seeking a Level II Dental Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a team member who is reliable, personable, empathetic and able to multi-task. Must be comfortable with chair side assisting and sterilization
Full Time Position
Must be HARP Certified
Responsibilities:

- Supports dental care delivery by preparing treatment room, patient, instruments, and materials.

- Passing instruments and materials throughout dental procedures

-Disinfecting operatories and sterilization of instruments following proper IPAC procedures

-Assist in updating and maintaining patient dental records

-Maintaining clean work space
Requirements and Qualifications:

-Previous dental assisting experience is preferred

- Level 2 and HARP certification required

- Valid CPR Certification

- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills is a must

- Punctual and reliable

- Excellent interpersonal skills: demonstrated ability to adapt and respond to a variety of patients

-Experience with Dental practice software (Tracker) is considered an asset

Usual hours: Mon 8-5:30, Tues 8-7, Wed 8-5, Thurs 8-5, Friday 8-1:30 ( Off 1 Friday Per Month where you will work 1 Saturday per month 8-1:30)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
