Certified Dental Assistant Level II / Office Administrator

Rouge River Oral Surgery is hiring for a full-time permanent position for combined duties of Certified Dental Assistant Level II & office administrator.

We are a specialty practice in Scarborough looking to add to our team. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 8am-4pm. We are a small team of kind, hard-working, and detail oriented individuals, so reliability and punctuality are a must.

Our ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic, articulate, and versatile individual who is a fast learner that takes pride in delivering an excellent customer service experience. We are a digital/mostly paperless office so being comfortable with computers is essential.

In our newly established practice, the position will be a combination of assisting and reception duties:

- chairside assisting for oral surgery procedures

- sterilization, infection control

- diagnostic imaging

- scheduling patient appointments

- managing office communications - telephone, emails, faxes, and messages

- collecting payments from patients

- maintaining a professional reception area
Requirements:
Certified Dental Assistant level II
HARP certified
